By accessing or using the Doorloom platform (website and mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Doorloom Private Limited operates a B2B vacation rental management SaaS platform designed to help vacation rental hosts manage their properties efficiently. Our services include listing management and rental management tools accessible through our web platform (primary platform) and mobile applications (for ease of use).
To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our web platform serves as the primary interface for accessing all Doorloom services. Mobile applications are provided for ease of use and convenience, allowing users to manage their properties on the go.
Doorloom offers listing management and rental management features. The availability and pricing of specific features may vary based on the service plan selected.
Various subscription plans are available with the following billing cycles:
Subscriptions must be purchased through our web platform. Once subscribed, features can be accessed through both web and mobile applications.
Doorloom Private Limited may provide premium features through additional domains or platforms that act as search engines to increase the discovery of properties listed by property hosts. Access to these premium discovery features may require separate subscription or fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in the Refund Policy section below. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation & Refunds may be requested within fifteen (15) days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal date, subject to the following conditions:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis at Doorloom's discretion.
The following are non-refundable:
Property hosts' listings will be provided a subdomain under doorloom.com (e.g., yourbusiness.doorloom.com). The subdomain name is subject to availability and Doorloom's naming policies.
Users may request to link their own custom domain to their property listings by submitting a request to Doorloom. Custom domain linking may be subject to additional charges and technical requirements. Doorloom reserves the right to approve or reject custom domain linking requests at its discretion.
All subdomains under doorloom.com remain the property of Doorloom Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the assigned subdomain for the duration of their active subscription. Doorloom may reclaim subdomains upon account termination or policy violation.
Our mobile applications are provided for ease of use and convenience. The web platform remains the primary interface for all Doorloom services. Mobile applications may request access to device permissions including camera, location services, and contacts to enhance functionality. Push notifications may be sent to provide service updates and important information.
Users are solely responsible for all property details, descriptions, images, pricing, and any other content ("User Content") uploaded or entered into the Doorloom platform. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or submitting content that:
Doorloom Private Limited acts as a technology platform provider and does not pre-screen User Content. Doorloom reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Doorloom is not responsible for User Content and expressly disclaims any liability arising from User Content displayed on Doorloom domains or platforms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doorloom Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your User Content, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or any illegal content.
Doorloom reserves the right to immediately remove any User Content and suspend or terminate user accounts if the content violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, or poses legal risks. Users will be notified of such actions, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect Doorloom or third parties.
By uploading User Content, you grant Doorloom Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting our services, including display on search engines and property discovery platforms operated by Doorloom.
All content, features, and functionality of the Doorloom platform (excluding User Content) are owned by Doorloom Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their User Content but grant Doorloom the necessary licenses as described in Section 9.6.

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doorloom Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or from User Content displayed on our platform. We are not liable for any losses arising from copyright infringement, defamation, or illegal content submitted by users.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or requesting account deletion. Upon termination, access to features will cease at the end of the current billing cycle, and any assigned subdomains will be reclaimed by Doorloom.
Users can request permanent account deletion through Account Settings or by contacting our support team. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period during which the request can be canceled. Detailed account deletion procedures are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, upload prohibited content, engage in fraudulent activities, infringe intellectual property rights, or pose a security risk to our platform or other users.
Upon account termination or deletion:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
